How the Subscription Program Works

Can I update my payment methods, addresses, frequency of orders or delivery date for my subscription? 

Customers have the option to manage their subscription via the customer portal, which can be accessed on our Subscription Log In page. Please make sure your account is set-up first; you can complete signup by following the prompted steps.

Once logged into the customer portal, you can adjust your delivery schedule, shipping address, upcoming order dates or quantities, and decide if you'd like to skip an order. You can also cancel or re-activate your subscription. 

Does the Subscription Program apply to all your products? 

Subscription applies to all full-sized (30ml) products only — Deluxe Sample and Discovery Sets are not included.

Can I switch between products for my subscription?

Yes, simply email us at customerservice@murilelu.com and we’ll be able to adjust your shipments without unsubscribing you.

How many exclusive, free gifts will I receive?

Our rotating collection of gifts, collaboration products and new launches curated straight from Muri’s stash will be updated on a seasonal basis. Members of our Subscription Program will receive first-access to these products — and they’ll be shipped to you FREE. Consider them a special gift and thank you, from us to you.

Subscribers will receive email notifications from our Founder as new items are added to the collection, and as their free gifts are shipped out to them.

Free gifts are limited to 1 per Subscriber per season, including for members subscribed to multiple products.

Can I cancel my subscription? 

We’re sad to see you go, but yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply email us at customerservice@murilelu.com and we’ll take care of the rest. 

Do I need to do anything if I’m already a subscriber to claim my free gifts? 

That’s the best part – you don’t have to do anything to claim your gifts! We’ll take care of sending them directly to you at the address associated with your current subscription. 

Does the Subscription Program accept members outside the US? 

At this time, the Subscription Program is only valid for customers in the US.
